Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting hello@evercarevitals.com. Once shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Due to pharmacy regulations and the customized nature of compounded medications, all prescription and compounded medication sales are final once dispensed and shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with supporting documentation. We will review and determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Consultation or telehealth fees are non-refundable once services have been provided, unless required by applicable law.
